Under the powers conferred to the team lead by ALCEPI, CLE was appointed for the follow-up activities, supervision and control of the job, materials verification, construction equipment and processes as well as the coordination of work related to HVAC.

The building is equipped with an air conditioning system that is based on direct expansion equipment, of the variable refrigerant flow-type, "VRF", with several outdoor units installed on the roof and a set of type terminal units of the hidden duct type, in false ceilings and other hollow spaces provided by architecture.

The air renewal for the entire building will be assured by a single new air handling unit, installed on the roof.

The various toilets and shower-rooms are equipped with independent ventilation systems to extract fumes and smells.
