The residence is equipped with a centralized system for producing hot and chilled water provided by a reversible heat pump (direct expansion unit and hydraulic module) associated with hydraulic distribution networks that feed the radiant heated floors and towel heaters.

The underfloor heating systems heat and cool the entire house, simplifying the Architectural and decoration options.  In addition to the underfloor heating systems there are plans to include towel heaters fed by the same system.

The indoor swimming pool is equipped with a dehumidifier, with heated indoor environment and pool water heating. This equipment has the support of the solar system and ultimately of the HVAC system's heat pump.

The system includes heat recovery into water or air in order to reduce energy waste. The production of sanitary water is ensured by a set of solar panels, with the support of the heat pump.  When there is excess production on solar panels, it is envisioned that the energy be transferred to heat the outdoor pool, also envisioned in this work.

The residence has a centralized ventilation system to extract waste air that simultaneously promotes the renewal of air from toilets and storage room, with air from the surrounding areas, through a centrifugal type fan in acoustic box, located on the roof of the house.
