The residence is equipped with a "multi-split" air conditioning system for all the spaces.

The "multi-split" system consists of an outdoor unit placed in a location hidden by bushes behind the building, and four wall- and vertical-type indoor units, placed in a way that allows for easy maintenance and proper climate control in the spaces.

A centralized ventilation system is planned for the sanitary facilities, to ensure the extraction of waste air, which simultaneously promotes the renovation of the air in these spaces with air from the surrounding areas, through a centrifugal fan with acoustic protection located on the roof of the building.
