In order to adapt the commercial space - ESPAÇO GUIMARÃES - to new trends and market needs, it was necessary to make adaptations in the chilled water distribution networks and hot water as well as provide for the necessary infrastructure for installation, by the shop owner, of aeraulic networks.

It was also necessary to predict the disassembly work of existing networks, including those pertaining to the desenfumage of technical corridors.
