The building is equipped with centralized systems for ventilation and hot water production by solar systems.

The heating of the flats will be autonomous and will support the solar system. The solar system consists of a wide range of panels and individual deposits in each apartment, interconnected in order to keep the balance of pressures between the various risers, associated with a single hydraulic and control group.

The ventilation system in the toilets and kitchens will be common for each entry, with vertically aligned aeraulic networks and fans with sound attenuation on the roof.

The heating system will consist of a boiler with hydraulic networks associated with the wall radiators and towel heaters in the bathrooms.
