For the entire building, several systems are expected, all of them based on a direct expansion system, of the variable refrigerant flow "VRF" system, and "3 tubes", consisting of outdoor units and indoor units.

Outdoor units of the VRF system will be in a technical compartment, at the roof level, and the indoor units will be of the duct, vertical and 2-way types. All of them will be connected to junction boxes for reverse cycling (heating/cooling) independently.  

In addition to the climate control ensured by the equipment described above, an air renewal system is also planned, which will ensure the introduction of fresh air into the spaces, as well as the extraction of waste air therefrom. This system will be based on new air handling units of the modular type, dual flow air extracted from the heat recovery for the air blown and providing cooling or heating ("2 tubes") and the new air filtering.

In the toilets, storage rooms and technical spaces and other spaces where the release of odors or vapors is expected, ventilation systems are envisioned for waste air extraction that simultaneously promotes the renewal of the air from these spaces with air from surrounding areas, consisting of fans, ductwork and extraction mouths or intake grilles present in each room.

Moreover, all protection and fire safety measures required by applicable legislation were envisioned, coordinated with the security designer.
