The apartment is equipped with a "multi-split" climate control system for all spaces.

The "multi-split" system consists of an outdoor unit located on the balcony of the apartment, four indoor units, both vent and vertical-type, all hidden in spaces provided by architecture, to allow for the maintenance and adequate cooling of the spaces.

The heating of the toilets is ensured by an electric underfloor heating system.

In the toilets is envisioned ventilation for extraction of waste air and simultaneously the renewal of these air spaces with air from the surrounding areas, through the helicoidal extraction fans for installation in false ceiling.
